NO Street Parking, Please!

Attention River Crossing Residents. I just want to pass on some information that I feel is important. We have been having an increasing problem with street parking. I’m not referring to someone visiting that parks on the street briefly. I’m referring to residents and guests that park repeatedly on the street. Sometimes, with no other vehicles in the driveway. I personally have had to do the vehicle shuffle before, and realize it’s a pain, but sometimes necessary. These homes were designed as single family dwellings, and now many have more than 1 generation living together. Streets should be clear, especially at night. This is especially important from a safety standpoint, in the event that emergency vehicles are responding to one of our neighbors in need. If this problem persists, Pasco Sheriff’s Office will be notified, and they will begin ticketing vehicles like they have done in the past. They are extremely busy, so I hope that it doesn’t come to this. As your Board, we are prepared to continue to look for alternative solutions to deal with this increasingly dangerous safety issue, if it continues. Each and every street has signs posted regarding NO STREET PARKING.

Regards, Brian Bickerton, DC President, River Crossing HOA Units 1-10
