Meeting Decorum for Guests wishing to attend River Crossing Monthly Board of Directors Meetings

River Crossing HOA Board Meetings are open to all River Crossing Residents.

At the start of each Monthly Meeting, Guests will be acknowledged.

Decorum rules for guests will be read at the beginning of each Monthly Board Meeting.

The decorum states that members in good standing are welcome to attend, but can not fully participate in Board discussions.

Residents will submit their concerns, to be added to the Agenda, not less than 1 week prior to the meeting date. These concerns should be submitted to rivercrossinghoa@outlook.com.

Guests will sit as an audience, and are not permitted at the Board’s Table.

During New or Open Business, the Residents concern will be acknowledged, and the Guest will have 3 minutes to state their point.

The Board will then discuss this issue.

The Guest will then be permitted a 1.5 minute rebuttal.

The Board will then vote on this issue, if applicable.

Strict adherence to these Decorum Rules will ensure timely and productive Board Meetings, that Benefit all River Crossing Residents.
