Estoppel Instructions for

River Crossing Units 1-10 only!

  1. Please email: Treasurer.rivercrossinghoa@outlook.com for estoppel letters needed.

  2. Provide:

    • sellers name

    • buyers name

    • sellers address, unit and lot#

    • closing date

  3.  River Crossing HOA has an estoppel letter provided by our HOA attorney that we can provide.

  4. Estoppel fee if dues are current is $250. If delinquent, estoppel fee is $400.

  5. Late fees will be calculated and provided.

  6. Please allow 7-10 days for estoppel completion.

  7. Estoppel checks are to be made out to River Crossing Homeowners Association, Inc, collected at closing and mailed to:

A copy of the River Crossing Declaration of Restrictions, Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation are attached for the new buyer.

PLEASE NOTE: if the buyer is a rental or management company, we need the specific contact information for who is responsible for property management!
